Challenges

The slope of the site limited access and made staging more difficult. Existing movement in parts of the structure also meant finish work could not begin until the underlying condition was corrected.

Solution

The first phase focused on structural stabilization and preparation. Once the frame and affected surfaces were corrected, the interior was rebuilt with a simpler material palette, stronger lighting and more consistent finish lines from room to room. Exterior surfaces were repaired and refinished to bring the property back with a sharper facade and cleaner entry experience.
