An outdated bathroom was stripped back and rebuilt into a cleaner, brighter and easier-to-maintain primary suite.
The original bathroom showed wear behind the walls and lacked both the layout and finish quality the owner wanted. The project focused on replacing the technical layers properly while delivering a more refined final environment.

3 weeks from demolition to handover.
Complete bathroom demolition; Repair of damaged substrates; Waterproofing and plumbing updates; Tile, vanity, shower glass and fixture installation.
Water damage discovered during demolition required additional substrate repair and more preparation than the original finish scope suggested.
Damaged materials were removed and rebuilt before waterproofing was installed. The shower zone was reorganized for a cleaner layout, and the new tile plan was designed to minimize visual clutter while still giving the room enough texture and depth.
Porcelain tile, waterproof membrane systems, quartz vanity top, frameless shower glass, modern plumbing fixtures and moisture-resistant paint.
