An older exterior was repaired and refinished to improve protection, curb appeal and the overall presence of the property.
The facade had visible aging, minor cracking and an inconsistent surface condition that weakened the appearance of the building. The goal was to restore the exterior properly and deliver a sharper, more durable street-facing result.

Surface repair and crack treatment; Preparation for new coatings; Trim updates and repainting; Lighting and entry refinement.
Weather exposure had damaged parts of the surface, so repair quality and preparation were critical before any finish coats could be applied.
The facade was cleaned, repaired and sealed before the finish system was installed. Trim and entry details were updated at the same time so the completed work would feel complete instead of limited to paint alone.
Exterior-grade coatings, sealants, trim materials, weather-resistant lighting and protective repair compounds.
