A full-house renovation that improved layout, finish quality and day-to-day comfort across the main living spaces.
This family home had good overall size but outdated finishes and inconsistent room-to-room transitions. The renovation focused on making the property feel more complete by rebuilding the key spaces under one coordinated finish plan.

12 weeks for the full renovation sequence.
Flooring and wall finish replacement throughout; Kitchen and bathroom upgrades; Lighting and trim updates; Interior finish coordination across living spaces.
Because multiple areas were being renovated at the same time, material transitions and sequencing had to be tightly controlled to avoid a patchwork result.
A single finish direction was established for the house before installation began. Flooring, paint, hardware and trim lines were coordinated to keep the rooms connected visually while still giving each area its own function.
Engineered flooring, paint-grade trim, custom cabinetry, quartz surfaces, porcelain tile and warm integrated lighting.
